Shipping policy

Shipping costs (all shipments are sent through Envialia)

- National (Spain), except Canary and Balearic Islands: from 4,20 €

- Province of Valencia: from 2.75

- Canary Islands: At the moment we do NOT ship to the Canary Islands.

Masks Shipping: Due to the high demand at the moment and the manufacture of the masks. These will be sent within a maximum of 10 days. Although as a rule the masks will be sent within 5-6 working days from the date of the order.

Once sent, and as a general rule, except for some incident beyond our company, delivery times are approximately 3 working days, (there is an option of urgent shipping before 10:00, 14:00 or 24 hours)

The shipment is made through Envialia, with tracking number and delivery with signature. The transport company provides a link so that you can track your order online.

The transport company will come to your home a maximum of two times, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., but it is NOT possible to arrange a time for this. If they come twice and cannot get hold of you, you should go and collect the order from the Envialia office nearest to your home, or speak to them and arrange a new delivery to your home if possible (you will always pay the extra cost of this third delivery).

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as postal charges. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the package. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot combine two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. We cannot be responsible for any damage to your package after it has been dispatched, but we do our best to protect fragile items.

The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.
