RETURN OF PRODUCTS
Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased at www.coserycantarcabanyal.com within 14 days from the date of receipt. You will need to notify us before returning any item.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition. In the case that the products are damaged due to inappropriate packaging, or any of the reasons detailed above are not met, the return of the order will not be admitted.
Coser Y Cantar guarantees a full refund of the product price within a maximum of 7 working days of receiving the product.
If the reason for the return is that the returned article is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, Coser Y Cantar will pay the cost of the return and new delivery. If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you, we will reimburse you the amount of the product but not the shipping costs or return costs. The customer will be responsible for these costs.
In the case of masks, keep in mind that
*Under no circumstances will changes or refunds be allowed on masks due to hygiene issues.
*NO changes are admitted in personalized products because they have been created exclusively for the customer.
The products that are for personal use we do not make refunds after the product is sent, you have the responsibility to understand before buying it.
Our masks are handmade, so the actual measures of each mask may vary by a few millimeters.
WHAT IF THE PRODUCT IS WRONG?
All products leaving the shop have been checked before shipping to ensure they are correct. However, sometimes there may be a defect that we have not noticed or another problem. If any of the products received have a defect it will be necessary to send images to contacto@coserycantarcabanyal.com to confirm its veracity within a maximum of 24 hours after it has been delivered. We will attend you personally and try to give a solution as a refund, return, exchange or others to compensate for the inconvenience caused.
DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN MY ORDER?
Except for defects or tares, any return of any garment or product from our shop should be paid for by the customer. (remember the masks are NOT accepted returns under any circumstances) the products that leave the shop have been checked before shipping to verify that they are correct. However, sometimes there may be a tare that we have not perceived or other problem. If any of the products received have any tare will be necessary to send images to contacto@coserycantarcabanyal.com to confirm its veracity within a maximum of 24 hours after it has been delivered. We will attend you personally and try to give a solution as a refund, return, exchange or others to compensate for the inconvenience caused.
CHANGES TO THE ORDER AND CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to change the garment for another size or model you must communicate with us before sending it and request the desired product. There will be no additional cost. You only have to write to us before we send your package.
In the case of cancellations in the same way you can cancel without cost, if you communicate with us before sending. If it has already been sent and you do not want the product you will only have to pay the shipping costs.
PURCHASE GUARANTEES
COSER Y CANTAR is responsible for any defective product in accordance with Law 23/2003 of 10 July, on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods, which recognises the consumer's rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or return.
Information on the right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without having to justify yourself. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier, as indicated by you, has acquired material possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us (COSER Y CANTAR CB, C/ Justo Vilar 9 Bajo, 46011 Valencia, Spain, info@coserycantarcabanyal.com, Telephone: 960233883) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not obligatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the case of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, except the shipping costs, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least costly method of ordinary delivery that we offer) without any undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or deliver the products to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the deadline has expired.
The direct cost of returning the products shall be borne by you. For goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned by post, this will amount to 7 euros.
You will only be liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's and user's specifications or clearly personalized.
Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery (THE MASKS)
